Dull, right out of the box. Finish side may as well be smooth
Great rasp for general work, the horse owner or trainer.

I started using Diamond farrier tools years ago because it was a brand that my local feed store sold. I have a complete tool set from Diamond, including the Diamond 14" Rasp. My original rasp has lasted me for years and I have worked on over a dozen different horses with it, numerous time, again and again. Great rasp for the general farrier work, the horse owner or trainer.
