The design of the Scott Mighty Boy is based on traditional style London pattern anvils that are the favorite of many blacksmiths and farriers. Much attention is given to the 4 1/4" x 9" round horn to make sure that it is ground and finished symmetrically without ridges or flat spots. A top choice for blacksmiths and farriers wanting the highest quality shop anvil, a favorite of competition farriers.

All Scott Anvils are poured in a Texas foundry. We use a proprietary blend of ductile iron that has all the properties needed to produce the best quality anvils available today. We then grind, machine, heat treat, hand finish and paint each anvil in our shop in Amarillo, Texas. We take great pride in producing the finest quality anvils right here in the USA!
