Ringel Offset Standard The standard offset, or drop blade, is the most popular knife in the Ringel Knife product line. This knife is used to remove sole while trimming horses’ feet. The large handle provides great leverage as well as comfort, while the offset in the blade keeps the handle from getting in the way while working. All Ringel knives are shipped razor sharp. The standard hoof knife also comes in the more traditional straight blade style.
