EZ Nail Cutter
The patent pending EZ Nail Cutter has over lapping blades that shear the nail close to the hoof wall leaving a flat top that does not have to be rasped. The Nail Cutter is designed to be placed directly on the hoof wall. This will give the perfect length cut every time and provide support for the tool to work correctly. On rung nails the Nail Cutter is designed to be used with the top, thin blade facing the farrier.

Expensive gimmick.

I had a pair of these that I was given by a friend of mine who reported a consistent problem with the blades of these snapping the moment you use a nail larger then a SBCH5, I didn't encounter this problem until 3 months later when I had to do a larger horse who needed a larger nail. (Mustad 8) Lasted about 5 nails of those till the blade snapped on me. This tool makes cutting a nail harder and doesn't really save that much time if you bend nails over, you have to position the cutter in a specific way to get under the nail rather then with a traditional pair of nail cutters, I don't know you just CUT IT! The stoppers pinched my palms quite a lot and I don't know any other way to say it but this tool just sucks.
